“Captured Light”
Climb the stairs at the Pacific Art League this month, and you’ll see
the visions of some 30 photographers – both in black and white and in
color. It’s the annual juried group show of the Photographers Interest
Group, which this year is titled “Captured Light.”
Photos
on display include the first-prize winner of the exhibit, Leping
Zha’s ethereal carbon pigment print “Whale Head.” The second place
offering delves into colorful canyons with Larry Calof’s archival
pigment print “Goosenecks of the Colorado.”
This show goes through the end of the month, with open hours from 9:00
a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, and from 10 to 4 on Saturdays.
The league is at 668 Ramona St. in Palo Alto; call 650-321-3891 or
go to www.pacificleague.org.
