Cumbres & Toltec Railroad - Limited Edition of 100 prints
This old-time steam locomotive makes a trip from Chama, New Mexico, over Cumbres Pass and down into Colorado. It takes most of the day to make the train trip, but it is a short 1.5 hour bus trip back. The train is a wonderful experience, whether you are a photographer or not. It is a ride into history. I took this picture from an open car near the rear of the train as the train was rounding a wide curve

Deer Valley in Fall - Limited Edition of 100 prints
The Uinta mountains in fall are glorious, with mountainsides covered in multi-colored aspens. I was driving back from a trip to Midway, near Heber City, Utah, when I stopped the car, grabbed the camera, and found some wonderful fall color.
Eccles Canyon - Limited Edition of 100 prints
As we drove by the turnoff to Schofield State Park on the way back from a visit to several national parks last fall, we saw intense color in the hills. We did a quick u-turn and headed up the side canyon. We were not disappointed. The fall colors were vibrant, particularly against the deep blue sky and the beautiful wind-blown cloud.
Fall Color in Aspens - Limited Edition of 100 prints
I was able to watch the entire course of fall color last year in Utah. This shot was taken fairly early in the fall color season near the road leading from the top of Park City to Midway. The aspens had not started to turn, but the maples and oaks were just spectacular.

The Cumbres & Toltec railroad runs from Chama, New Mexico just over the border into Colorado. Fall color was at its peak. This picture was shot from the train as we slowed down heading up the canyon next to the river.

A beautiful fall day in the loop just above Sundance ski resort yielded some intense color in the changing aspens in contrast to the deeply saturated evergreens.

Currant Creek winds through the back country outside Heber off of highway 40. The color in the pond and brush going back up the little canyon was one of many stops along this route.
Fallen Roof Ruins - Limited Edition of 100 prints
This Anasazi ruin is located about 150 feet up a cliff in the Cedar Mesa area. While not a difficult hike in, the trail is not very clear. It is, however, a mystical place and well worth the effort regardless of the photo opportunity.
